VRChat is the largest massively-multiplayer online virtual world platform (Wikipedia's term, not ours), with tens of thousands of daily users and wide headset support.

Unfortunately, their development team is reigned by one of the worst management and PR teams seen in modern times.

Legacy Avatar

Note that Avatar 2.0 stuff is now legacy as VRC does not even allow uploads any more. Some of the information here is still relevant to newer avatar making but don't expect everything to work.
